Lottie & Grey promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 Days of receipt.
- We cannot accept returns of personalised items, unless faulty.
All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only. Please include all contact details.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.

When you send your repair in, could you please enclose your proof of purchase/invoice (if you have it), contact details and a returns address.
We always recommend that you send your jewellery in to us in a secure padded envelope, using Royal Mail Signed for. We aim to get your repair back to you within 15 working days.
